Cancel before shipment
Chose a deposit? You can request cancellation while the balance is unpaid or after paying it if the item has not shipped.
Before March 1, 2027 Get your full merchandise deposit back. No cancellation fee.
March 1, 2027 onward Get half your merchandise deposit back. The other half is the fee.
Any paid merchandise balance, shipping, tax and shipping insurance on canceled, unshipped items are refunded in full. Fees apply only to the items you cancel.
Request a refund
Email us support@landguardgarden.com with your order number and the items to cancel. We use the time your email arrives. You do not need to pay the balance first.
After confirmation Your plan and reminders stop. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

Start with our best sellers if you’re unsure about size. Each product shows its own price. Your order confirmation records the price you pay.
Your deposit locks in that price after the sale ends. Black Friday prices cannot be combined with codes, other product or order discounts, or multi-item offers.
At checkout
Deposit items Pay 30% of the confirmed merchandise price now. Pay the other 70% later.
Shipping, tax & insurance Any shipping charges, applicable tax and optional shipping insurance are paid in full at checkout and excluded from the deposit calculation.
Mixed cart You can buy full-payment and deposit items together. Review the total for deposits, full-price payments and applicable charges before checkout.

About 14 days after your deposit Look for your first payment link. Want to pay earlier? support@landguardgarden.com.
About every 14 days We plan to send reminders until June 30, 2027. You can pay any time by that date. Reminders stop once you pay or cancel.
After June 30 Regular reminders stop. Unpaid orders do not automatically cancel that day. We may contact you to confirm your plans. Your link may still work while the plan is active. Unpaid deposit items do not ship.

Order help & FAQ
Can I change my order?
After paying the balance, email support@landguardgarden.com as soon as possible with your order number. Support will check which items and amounts can be changed. The payment link cannot edit your order.
Why are there different order numbers?
Your deposit, balance and final order may each have a confirmation and number. Earlier records may appear canceled or crossed out once the final order is created. The final total records the whole purchase. You have not been charged twice.
What happens when the sale ends?
New deposit purchases close after November 30, 2026. Existing plans keep the same price, payment, cancellation and shipping terms.
