Return Period:
We offer a 60-day return policy. You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and uninstalled
• Be in their original condition and original packaging (including outer box, accessories, and labels)
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase and product photos
Items that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition are generally not eligible for return.
Product Size Tolerance
Due to manual measurement and variations in measuring tools, manufacturing processes, and assembly conditions, slight differences in product dimensions may occur.
• Typical dimensional tolerance is within ±3% to ±5%
• Minor deviations within this range are considered normal and do not affect product functionality or intended use
• Such variations do not constitute a defect or misrepresentation
Measurement Method Notice
Product dimensions may vary depending on how and where measurements are taken. Differences in measurement methods, reference points, and assembly conditions can result in slight variations in the final dimensions.
For consistency, product sizes are generally measured at their widest outer points under standard conditions. Individual measurement results may vary.
Important Notice
Product dimensions listed are nominal (rounded) measurements provided for reference. Actual assembled dimensions may vary. Such variations do not constitute "item not as described" claims.
Returns or claims based solely on minor dimensional differences within the stated tolerance range are considered non-defective and non-quality-related.
Return Request & Process:
• Please contact our customer support team via email to request return authorization
• Once approved and any applicable costs are confirmed, we will provide a return shipping label
• Customers are responsible for printing the label and dropping off the package at the designated carrier location
• Photos of the packaged return item are required prior to shipment. These photos must clearly show:
– The return label securely attached to the outer packaging
– The original package label (e.g., “Pacing List”) clearly visible and not covered
– The overall packaging condition
• This step is required to ensure accurate identification and efficient processing of the return. Failure to provide clear pre-shipment photos may result in delays or impact the ability to process the return.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense
Returns for Non-Quality Reasons:
If a return is requested for personal reasons (such as incorrect size, misunderstanding of product dimensions, minor dimensional variation within stated tolerance, accidental purchase, or no longer needed):
• Return shipping and related costs will be the responsibility of the customer
• Costs may include return shipping fees and handling fees
All applicable costs reflect actual expenses incurred.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with supporting photos or videos.
Minor Cosmetic Imperfections During Transit:
Due to the nature of metal products, minor cosmetic variations may occasionally occur during shipping, including but not limited to:
• Light surface marks
• Minor paint variations
• Slight deformation around screw holes
• Minor bending (which can typically be adjusted during assembly)
If these conditions do not affect normal installation or intended use, they are generally considered normal shipping-related conditions rather than product defects.
All product condition evaluations are based on the photos or videos provided.
The classification of the issue (cosmetic, functional, or defect) and the applicable resolution will be determined based on our assessment standards.
Responsibility for return shipping will be determined based on the nature of the issue and the supporting evidence provided.
Resolution Options:
Depending on the nature and extent of the issue, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• A partial refund
• A complimentary item (such as a gift)
• A combination of the above
All resolutions are reviewed individually and determined based on the specific situation.
The final resolution will be determined at our reasonable discretion based on the specific circumstances.
Please note that replacement of full products or individual components is not guaranteed in all cases.
48-Hour Reporting Window:
To help us resolve any issues efficiently, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photo or video evidence.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will still be reviewed based on the specific circumstances.
Refund Without Return:
In certain situations (such as low-value items or specific cases), we may offer a refund or partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Such arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis and require mutual agreement.
Refund Processing:
• Refunds are processed after returned items are received and reviewed
• For non-quality returns, applicable costs may be deducted
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges under eligible conditions:

Non-Returnable Conditions:
