RETURN CONDITIONS
We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at support@landguardgarden.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Full Refund with Returns: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If any product is missing, we reserve the right to deny the refund. To ensure a full refund, all products must be returned.

Full Refund without Returns:
In case there's an issue with the product or for other specific reasons, we will discuss the situation and initiate a full refund, without requiring you to return the item.

Partial Refunds without Returns:
If there's a problem with the product or other particular reasons, we'll communicate with you to reach an agreeable solution and determine the amount to be refunded, without needing you to return the item.

Once the return process is complete, or you agree to our proposed solution, we'll process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

EXCHANGES
We only facilitate exchanges for the exact item purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the item you've bought and place a new order. For replacements, send an email to support@landguardgarden.com.
