What should I do if some panels are bent during shipping?

Our panels are made by bending flat steel coils, so it's safe to bend them back into shape. This will not affect their corrosion resistance. You can carefully straighten them yourself. If the damage is severe or cannot be fixed, please contact our after-sales support@landguardgarden.com.

What to do if screws, support rods, or other accessories are missing?

If any parts are missing, please contact us at support@landguardgarden.com. Include your order information and specify which parts and how many are missing. We’ll promptly arrange to ship the missing parts to you.

Do raised garden beds come with support rods? Do I need to buy them separately?

There’s no need to purchase support rods separately—unless you’re planning to DIY or expand the setup yourself. Most of our garden beds include support rods in the package. Circular beds, hexagon beds, elevated beds, and 4x2x1ft oval beds do not include support rods, as their designs don’t require them.

Does the garden bed have a bottom?

Most of our garden beds are bottomless, only the elevated garden beds (the ones with legs) come with a bottom.

Does garden beds need to be assembled?

Yes, assembly is required.

What material is the panel made of and is it safe for planting?

Our panels are all made of metal, with a galvanized coating. The colored versions are also sprayed with a non-toxic, harmless powder coating. Dual protection ensures your garden beds will last for a long time.

How do I modify the items in my order or change the shipping address?

The system will send an order confirmation email after you place your order. Please ensure the email address you provide is valid, as an invalid address will prevent the email from being delivered. We can modify your order or shipping address directly before it is shipped.

Why are only the round climbing frames sold separately?

Currently, only round climbing frames are compatible with all garden beds. Other trellises can only be fixed with specific garden beds.
