Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Land Guard. Please review the following cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to assist based on the current order status. Orders are processed promptly after being placed and may enter shipment arrangements within a short time frame.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled for any reason before shipment.

• If the order has not yet entered processing or shipment, cancellation is free of charge
• If the order has entered warehouse processing, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the current processing stage


2. Cancellation After Shipment / Tracking Issued
Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled directly. However, you may request a carrier interception service:

• Interception requests are not guaranteed to be successful
• If the interception is successful, the package will be returned to the sender
• Any interception fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer

All interception-related fees are based on actual costs incurred.

In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill solution to enhance customer satisfaction.


3. Interception Failure / Post-Delivery Returns
If the interception request is unsuccessful, the package will continue to be delivered. Customers must follow the return process after signing for the package, and any related fees will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

After delivery:

• Post-delivery returns and exchanges will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
• Return shipping fees, handling fees, and any related logistics costs will be the responsibility of the customer


All applicable fees are based on actual costs incurred (including return shipping and carrier handling fees).

Refusal of Delivery:
Refusing a package without prior authorization may result in additional return shipping and handling fees, which may be deducted from your refund.

If a package is refused due to minor cosmetic imperfections or non-functional concerns, it will be treated as a non-quality return, and any related return shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds:
• Approved cancellations will be refunded based on the order processing stage
• Orders canceled after shipment will be refunded after deducting any actual costs incurred (including shipping, interception, and handling fees)

All applicable fees reflect actual costs incurred.

Custom Orders:
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Policy Acknowledgment:
• Land Guard reserves the right to apply and interpret this policy based on the specific circumstances of each order
• In certain situations, resolutions may be adjusted to ensure a fair outcome
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
