Warranty Coverage

Our products come with a standard 2-year warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions. During the warranty period, Land Guard will repair or replace defective parts at no additional charge.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required for warranty service.
The product must be installed, used, and maintained according to the user manual. Land Guard reserves the right to void the warranty if these instructions are not followed.
All warranty claims must be reported promptly once a defect is identified. Defects discovered after the warranty period are not covered.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover:Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, improper installation, adjustment, or application.Exposure to corrosive substances, extreme temperature or humidity, acts of nature, vandalism, accidents, force majeure, or war-related events.Damage occurring during transit.Damage resulting from the use of non-Land Guard products, accessories, or hardware.Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered without authorization from Land Guard.Missing parts claims must include images of the order contents and must be reported within 24 hours of receipt; late claims may not be covered.

Complete Warranty Process

Submit Warranty Claim: Fill out the form below and include your order number, product model, and a clear description and images of the defect.
Claim Review: Land Guard will review your submission within 2 business days to determine eligibility.
Repair or Replacement Decision: If approved, we will inform you whether your product qualifies for repair or replacement.
Return Instructions: For approved claims, Land Guard will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs for eligible defects.
Product Resolution: Once received, the product will be inspected, and Land Guard will proceed with repair or replacement. You will be notified throughout the process.
